Privacy Policy

Coming soon

Forecourtly's privacy policy is being prepared with our legal advisors. This page will be replaced with the finalised text shortly. If you have questions in the meantime, get in touch.

Once published, this policy will explain what personal data Forecourtly collects when you use our platform, how we use it, who it's shared with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.

Hub analytics in the meantime. When you read articles or landing pages on the Forecourtly Hub, we record an anonymous page-view to give the dealer who published the content basic engagement stats. We do not set any cookies, and we do not store your IP address or user-agent string. A short-lived hash (rotated every 24 hours) is computed from those values so the dealer can see roughly how many distinct readers a piece of content reached on a given day, after which the hash becomes meaningless. No cross-site tracking; no data shared with third parties.
